By using or buying from the PIKSO store you agree to these terms. The Arabic version prevails in case of any difference.

1. The store

PIKSO (pikso.zid.store) is an online store operated through the Zid platform by an individual holding Saudi freelance document no. FL-633024359, Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Contact: [email protected]

2. Products

We sell digital Excel files (.xlsx), delivered electronically; nothing is shipped. Files are designed for Microsoft Excel on a computer; their calculations are tested in LibreOffice. Figures inside the files and product images are illustrative examples.

3. Prices

Prices are in Saudi riyals and the displayed price is the final price. The store is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. There are no delivery or recurring fees.

4. Ordering and payment

Clicking the order button on the checkout page concludes the contract and obliges you to pay. Payment is made using the methods shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

After payment is confirmed, the store system emails you a «Download file» button; the file is also available on your order page. The file arrives as a ZIP containing the Excel file. If it does not arrive within 24 hours of payment confirmation, email us with your order number. If delivery is delayed more than 15 days from the order date, you may cancel and recover what you paid (Article 14, E-Commerce Law).

6. Cancellation and refunds

Products are downloaded online; purchases cannot be cancelled after completion except in the cases listed in the Exchange & Returns Policy.

7. Licence

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive licence to use the file in your own business. Reselling, publishing or sharing it with other businesses is not permitted.
