Exchange & Returns Policy

PIKSO products are digital files downloaded online. Under Article 13(2)(f) of the Saudi E-Commerce Law, a purchase cannot be cancelled after completion, except:

1. A defect in the file prevents downloading it or opening it in a supported program.
2. The file does not match the description on the product page.
3. The product was not delivered within 15 days of the order date (Article 14).

How to request

Email [email protected] as soon as you notice the problem, with your order number, a description of the problem and a screenshot if possible.

What we do

We fix the problem or send a working copy within 3 working days. If that is not possible, we refund the full amount. These timelines are our service commitment.

Refund method

Refunds go to the original payment method. We start the refund within 3 working days of approval; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank.

Exchanges

We do not exchange a product for another product.

Free products

No refund applies; we resend them on request.
