Data we collect

When you order: name, mobile number, email and order details. We do not ask for a shipping address because our products are digital.
Payment data is processed directly by the payment gateway; we never see or store your card number.
Browsing data: cookies used by the Zid platform to run the store, cart and statistics. You can block them in your browser; some features may stop working.
What you send us when you contact us.

Why we use it

To fulfil your order and send the download link and invoice.
To answer questions and complaints and resend files when needed.
To meet legal obligations such as keeping invoices.

We send marketing messages only with your explicit consent, and you can stop them at any time.

Processing outside Saudi Arabia

Our email provider may process messages on servers outside the Kingdom, limited to what is needed to reply to you and fulfil your order.

Retention

Order and invoice data are kept as long as the law requires; correspondence not linked to an order is deleted once no longer needed.

Security

The store connection is encrypted (HTTPS) and access to order data is limited to the store owner. If a breach affects your data, we notify you and the competent authorities within three days of becoming aware of it.
